You need to create an account to:
- Receive information and updates about your upcoming interview.
- View the final feedback
- Rate the interviewer
- Contact the interviewer
You can change the password through Account Settings in your profile.
The email associated with the account cannot be changed.
You need to contact us to delete your account. Please note that once we delete your account, we cannot retrieve your account after.
Click on the 'Reset Password' link on the login page to create a new password.
Have you entered the correct username or email when logging into your account? If you have and you are still unable to access your account, have you tried resetting your password? If not, we recommend doing so first. If you have already done this and are still unable to access your account, we recommend reaching our to our Support team. They will be able to take a close look into your account to see if there's any restriction preventing you from accessing your account. contact Customer Support.
