Booking and Cancellations
Bookings
Some interviewers have decided not to open any slot on their calendar for maximum flexibility or because of lack of enough bookings. In that case, candidates should contact the interviewer first and then the interviewer opens a slot in the calendar based on request.
If you decide to do so, keep in mind that candidates usually tend to book interviews with the interviewer already having open slots in their calendar.
Cancellations
We recommend to get in touch with the candidate first before any cancellation. If the interview time no longer works for you we recommend you to contact the candidate and reschedule the interview instead of cancelling it.
To cancel the interview, in the appointment confirmation email that you have received, there is a button to cancel your interview.
We respect both interviewers' and candidates' time. If cancellations happen multiple times without prior heads-up to the candidate, TechMockInterview might choose to stop collaboration with the interviewer.
Rescheduling
